Terms and Conditions for Barter Collaboration

1. Product Fulfillment:

All orders placed using codes like BARTER or BARTER20 will be fulfilled with only 20ml perfumes, even if the influencer selects larger sizes (e.g., 50ml or bigger).

2. Video Submission:

• Collaborators can submit their video only once for approval. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot review multiple submissions.

• Videos must meet the following criteria:

a. Proper lighting conditions.

b. Clear presentation of the product with visible branding.

c. Stable transitions and no mirrored text or logos.

d. Audio and video quality must be 1080p or higher.

e. The product application process must be demonstrated.

3. Reimbursement:

• Reimbursement will only be processed for approved videos that meet the above criteria.

• Videos posted without prior approval will not qualify for reimbursement unless they generate at least two sales using the influencer’s unique code.

4. Content Guidelines:

• The video must align with Geora’s brand values. Any abusive, vulgar, or hate content will lead to disqualification.

• The final content should be creative, engaging, and appealing to the target audience.

5. Timeline:

• Videos must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.

• Reimbursement will be processed within 24 hours of the approved video being posted.

6. Referral Bonus:

• Influencers will earn ₹250 for every sale made using their unique code.
